WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.bipadproducts.com for a full refund or exchange with our 100 wash guarantee.

Items bought from our online store can not be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store.

When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.*

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

*If your order was placed by gift card, Groupon code, Gilt city code, etc., exchange-only may apply – please check terms and conditions of voucher.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY BIPAD PRODUCTS?

Returns & Exchange Process

1. Please print and fill in the returns form and include it in your package.

2. Send your items to the address below, using the address label at the bottom of the Returns form.

3. Send your items with the label intact along with the order number

4. Include instructions on how we should process your return (e.g. for refund, for exchange to another size, style, etc.)

5. For exchanges, please clarify the alternative product by specifying SKU/item number and size (please note that exchanges must be for applicable products of equal or lesser value)

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.
